Description

In the sewers beneath the city, where the gutters run dark and the city watch dare not tread, the rat-folk move like shadows with teeth — and this one has a very long spear.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This ratfolk rogue is caught mid-leap in a dynamic, airborne combat pose — one hand thrusting forward with a long spear, the other cocked back in a fighting guard. Wrappings bind the arms and lower legs in the style of a street-fighter or pit brawler, while layered armour plates cover the torso. The sculpt captures every detail of the creature's wiry, furred anatomy: whiskered muzzle, large bat-like ears, sharp clawed feet, and a thick tail that trails behind the leap for balance. The expression is focused and fierce — this is not a creature that fights out of desperation, but out of practised, calculating confidence.

The level of surface detail on the fur texture, armour plating, and cloth wrappings makes this a rewarding mini to paint. Whether you lean into dark urban greys and rust-brown leathers or something more vivid for a player character, the sculpt holds washes and drybrushing exceptionally well. The pose also makes for a dramatic display piece, especially elevated on a scenic base.

This variation features the leaping spear-thrust pose — adventurers looking for alternative stances should check the other variants in this range.

Brilliant for adventurers who:

  • Are running a ratfolk warband, thieves' guild, or sewer-dwelling faction
  • Need a charismatic, acrobatic player character mini for a ratfolk or mousefolk Rogue
  • Want a dynamic, high-energy sculpt that reads clearly on a crowded gaming table
  • Are building an urban underbelly encounter with assassins, spies, or street fighters
  • Collect creature-race minis and want strong character variety in their display

Encounter Hook:

The party's contact in the Merchant Quarter has gone quiet. Following the last known trail into the drainage tunnels beneath the market district, the adventurers round a corner to find a dozen pairs of glinting eyes in the dark — and one ratfolk rogue already airborne, spear levelled at the lead character's chest. Whether this is an ambush, a warning, or a very aggressive way of saying hello depends entirely on what the party does in the next three seconds.
