Raccoon Druid by MZ4250

Deep in the old-growth wood, where the mushroom rings never quite form a full circle, a small figure pauses on the path — hood drawn low, clawed hand raised skyward, staff crooked like a question no one has answered yet.

This raccoon druid is a wonderfully characterful sculpt from MZ4250 — a rotund, hooded critter who radiates ancient woodland wisdom and mild personal chaos in equal measure. Dressed in a simple tunic belted at the waist, a flowing hooded cloak clasped at the chest, and a satchel of herbal sundries at his hip, he carries himself with the unhurried confidence of someone who has already read the omens and found them satisfactory. His gnarled staff curls upward with a distinctive hooked tip, and his gaze tilts skyward as though tracking something the rest of the party cannot see.

There is something deeply appealing about a character who looks like he should be foraging for mushrooms and yet is unquestionably the most magically dangerous person in the clearing. The sculpt leans into that contradiction beautifully — soft, rounded form against the authority of that upward gaze, the unhurried clawed grip on the staff, the subtle suggestion of real power held loosely. He would work equally well as a player character druid, a mysterious forest contact, a woodland hermit with crucial knowledge, or a druidic elder presiding over a circle of standing stones.

• Raccoon druid or beast folk spellcaster player character
• Wilderness encounter NPC — a guide, sage, or forest guardian
• Druid circle elder for a nature-focused campaign arc
• Display piece celebrating anthropomorphic fantasy character sculpts

Encounter Hook: The party has been tracking a blight through the Thornwood for three days when they find him — sitting on a mossy log, eating from a small clay pot, entirely unbothered. He already knows why they've come. He has known since the second morning. He will help, he says, but they'll need to retrieve something he lost near the Old Barrow first. He neglects to mention what lives there now.
