The Rabid Draugar are Great Grimoire's vision of Norse undead warfare taken to its most ferocious extreme. This bundle brings together five distinct sculpts from the range — each one a former warrior returned from death with none of the honour and all of the fury. Bodalf Varsson stands out among them: a skeletal draugar captain bearing a wide round shield etched with wood-grain detail and a long sword at the ready, his horned helmet still crowning a fleshless skull mid-snarl. His pose is one of forward aggression — shield raised, sword extended — every bone in his body communicating threat. The other sculpts in the set vary wildly in scale and style, from hulking bestial draugar bristling with matted fur and twin axes to a lean, predatory female draugar in feathered garb with a hatchet raised overhead. Together they form a warband that would unsettle even a well-prepared party.
Whether you're constructing a Norse-flavoured encounter, building a barrow dungeon crawl, or simply collecting exceptional undead sculpts, this set delivers five characterful figures that work equally well on the tabletop and on a display shelf.
Fitting for adventurers who:
- Want a ready-built draugar warband with genuine variety in pose, scale, and weapon loadout
- Are running a Norse, Viking-themed, or cold-climate TTRPG campaign
- Need high-detail undead miniatures that hold their own as display pieces
- Prefer to collect full sets rather than individual sculpts
- Paint undead warbands and want a range of silhouettes and character to work with
Encounter Hook:
The party's torches have been burning for six hours when the longship burial chamber opens before them — five iron-bound coffins arranged around a cracked runestone, each one bearing the impression of a figure from the inside. The stone is still warm. The coffins are empty.
This bundle contains five Rabid Draugar miniatures at 32mm scale. It represents a saving over purchasing each sculpt individually — the Compare at Price reflects this. Each figure arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your own brushwork or to use straight from the box with their natural grey finish. All sculpts are produced at high resolution with fine surface detail suited to both tabletop use and collector display.
