Skuld Ragnfastdottir is the third sculpt in the Rabid Draugar range from Great Grimoire, and she is a force unto herself. Striding wide-legged into combat with a heavy single-bladed axe swinging at her side and a severed skull clutched in her outstretched fist, she wears the regalia of a Norse warrior-dead: a horned helmet, rope-wrapped waist, fur-bound greaves, and a studded chest-piece that speaks of a life hard-lived before undeath claimed her. Her long hair streams behind her, her expression — what remains of her flesh pulled tight over a grinning skull — is one of absolute, terrible purpose.

This is a draugar in the truest sense: not a shambling revenant, but a warrior who refused to stay fallen. For Dungeon Masters running Norse-inspired campaigns, Ravenloft encounters, cursed burial grounds, or simply a dungeon where the dead fight back with conviction, Skuld makes an immediate impression on the table. She works equally well as a named boss encounter, a champion leading lesser undead, or a centrepiece for a dark display shelf.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Run Norse, Viking, or cold-climate TTRPG campaigns and need an undead warrior with real character
  • Want a named antagonist to anchor a draugar encounter or cursed barrow storyline
  • Are building an undead warband and need a standout leader figure
  • Collect and paint fantasy miniatures with strong, dynamic poses and rich surface detail

Encounter Hook:
The barrow-mound has been sealed for three hundred years — until the party's rogue pried loose the capstone to loot the grave-goods within. Now, from the dark at the tunnel's end, a single horned silhouette steps forward, and the sound of bone-wrapped leather on stone grows louder with each heartbeat. Skuld Ragnfastdottir has been waiting. She is not pleased.

Printed at 35mm scale. If you'd prefer 32mm scaling, send us a message and we'll be happy to adjust. The plain black base is included separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. As with all hand-finished miniatures, minor imperfections from the printing process may occasionally be present — any small marks or residual support nubs are easily tidied up before painting. Every piece is fully cured and arrives ready to prime.
