Description

She does not rule the beasts — she became them, wearing feathers, bone, and the memory of something ancient as her crown.

  • ✔ Large-scale display bust — significantly bigger than standard 32mm
  • ✔ Resin printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted — ideal as a centrepiece painting project
  • ✔ Designed for display shelves and painting competitions

Queen Silvana is rendered here as a collector's bust of extraordinary presence: a skull-faced sovereign crowned with a radiant sunburst headdress of sharp stone spines, her shoulders draped in overlapping feathers and bound rope. Tribal markings sweep across her skeletal visage, and the layered texture of her plumage gives way to a deeply carved, nature-hewn silhouette. The front view reveals the full ceremonial authority of her crown; the rear shows how completely she has cloaked herself in the wild — feathers all the way down, a creature of two worlds simultaneously. She stands mounted on a tiered plinth base, presenting as an object of devotion as much as domination.

This piece is first and foremost a display bust — designed to reward painters with a wealth of texture across every surface: bone, rope, layered quills, carved stonework, and fine facial markings. Whether finished as a feral jungle sovereign, an undead nature deity, or something altogether more unsettling, Silvana offers a genuinely distinctive painting project. She also works brilliantly as visual inspiration for a TTRPG villain, powerful NPC patron, or the face of a lost civilisation your party is about to disturb.

Well suited to adventurers who:

  • Are seeking a display bust with rich texture variety across multiple materials
  • Want a compelling visual anchor for a jungle-realm or beast-cult campaign arc
  • Paint competitively or for display and want a distinctive centrepiece subject
  • Are building a collection of fantasy sovereigns, nature deities, or undead rulers
  • Need a striking NPC portrait to set on the table when the party finally meets her

Encounter Hook:
The expedition was sent to retrieve a relic from the ruined temple at the heart of the Greywood — but when they find the inner sanctum, every surface is carved with her face. The priestess waiting for them at the altar tells them the Queen never truly died; she simply shed her human skin. The bust in the centre of the room has fresh offerings at its base. Some of them are still warm.

This bust is produced at display scale — taller and more detailed than a standard 32mm gaming miniature — and arrives on its own sculpted plinth base. As with all our display busts, it is suited to both showcase painting and shelf display.
