The Queen of Frosthold is a dwarven warrior of unmistakable presence — broad-shouldered and battle-hardened, wrapped in a massive bear-pelt cloak that billows behind her like a war standard. In her right hand she grips a heavy warhammer, its head resting on the ground with casual, earned confidence. In her left, she holds a hand axe, braided hair and fur trim moving as though the cold wind still follows her. A bear-head belt buckle marks her rank. She doesn't need a crown. The pelt is the crown.

This is a display-scale sculpt — larger than standard 32mm — with exceptional surface detail throughout: individual strands of fur rendered across the cloak, worn armour plating on her greaves, and a decorated circular base with Nordic knotwork. Whether she commands the table as your party's patron ruler, serves as a fearsome boss encounter, or takes pride of place on a painting shelf, she fills the space with authority.

Encounter Hook:
The party has crossed the Frosthold Pass in three days of bitter cold, only to find the gates barred and a war-horn echoing off the peaks. When they're dragged before the Queen herself — warhammer in hand, a fresh bear pelt still steaming on her shoulders — they realise the warm welcome they expected has become an audience they didn't ask for. She has one question: whose side are you on?
This sculpt is display-scale, sized for a 4×4 base, and printed at high resolution to preserve the exceptional fur, braid, and armour detail of the original design. The base ships detached and can be fixed with superglue. Some assembly may be required depending on the pose variant. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor surface marks are possible and can be touched up prior to painting.
