Queen Crown on Pedestal by Mia Kay M3DM
Description
The crown sits unclaimed on its pedestal, and every soul in the room is wondering the same thing — who dares take it first?
- ✔ Resin terrain piece, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted — primes and paints easily
- ✔ Compatible with standard 28mm–32mm miniature scales
- ✔ Works on the gaming table and as part of a display diorama
This ornate scatter terrain piece depicts a filigreed royal crown resting atop a cushioned display pedestal, set on a cobblestone base. The crown itself is richly detailed with open lacework and pointed finials, while the pedestal features a fluted column, decorative cross-motif banding at the capital and base, and a plump cushioned top — every inch the kind of display you'd find in a palace treasury, a cathedral reliquary, or a villain's innermost sanctum.
Whether it marks the objective of a heist, the centrepiece of a coronation gone wrong, or a cursed artefact your players desperately need to stop touching, this piece earns its place on any battle map. It works equally well as a display prop in dioramas and collector scenes — a small but evocative detail that tells a whole story on its own.
Suited to adventurers who:
- Need a focal-point scatter piece for throne rooms, vaults, or royal encounters
- Are building a coronation ceremony, heist, or political intrigue scene
- Want a paintable prop that doubles as a display centrepiece
- Are crafting dioramas or storytelling vignettes beyond the tabletop
Encounter Hook:
The party has infiltrated the Winter Palace during the Gala of Crowns. The legitimate heir is dead, the usurper is three rooms away, and the enchanted crown — said to compel loyalty in any who see it worn — sits right here on its pedestal, unguarded. The rogue has already started reaching for it. The cleric is already arguing. Initiative is about to be rolled.
This piece is scaled to 32mm and arrives ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box if you prefer an unpainted stone aesthetic. The model is printed as a single piece on its cobblestone base. Some minor clean-up from the printing process may be required, but all pieces are fully cured before dispatch.
