Quasits are the imp's Abyssal counterpart — diminutive, chaotic, and thoroughly unpleasant. This sculpt captures one mid-crouch, knuckles pressed to the ground in a pose that reads as both predatory and oddly watchful. A pair of long, swept horns curve upward from the skull, and the wiry, scaled body is taut with restrained energy. Pointed ears flare to either side of a flat, sneering face, and the wide-splayed clawed feet look ready to launch the creature in any direction at a moment's notice. It's the posture of something that knows it's the smallest creature in the room — and has absolutely decided that is your problem.
Quasits turn up wherever chaos magic festers: bound as a warlock's familiar, skittering through the ruins of a failed summoning circle, or serving as the eyes and ears of a more powerful fiend pulling strings from deeper in the Abyss. This particular pose — crouching low, head raised — suits a creature that has just spotted something worth reporting to its master, or something worth torturing if it thinks it can get away with it.
- Warlocks seeking a familiar mini with genuine menace
- DMs running Abyssal incursions or summoning-gone-wrong encounters
- Collectors who appreciate finely sculpted small-scale fiends
- Painters who want a compact but characterful project with strong texture across scales and skin
Encounter Hook: The party's rogue spots it first — a small horned shape crouching in the shadow of the broken altar, perfectly still, watching them with milky eyes. It doesn't flee. It doesn't attack. It just tilts its head, grins with too many teeth, and whispers: "He knows you're here."
