This is pose 01 of our Quaggoth Scout range, sculpted by Novaminis with the kind of raw, unsettling energy that Underdark encounters demand. The figure is caught mid-stalk — weight forward, knees bent, arms spread wide with those signature raking claws extended. A coarse hide cloak, roughly stitched across the back with visible cross-thread detail, billows behind it as if the creature has just broken into a lunge. The fur across the chest and limbs is rendered in dense, directional striations that catch the light beautifully whether left as-is or brought to life with a layered paint job. The wide, fanged maw and low-slung posture communicate something essential about quaggoths: they don't patrol, they hunt.

Quaggoths are used as shock troops and sentinels by drow houses and mind flayer colonies alike — bred for ferocity and immune to fear. This scout variant reads as the advance element of something larger, the creature sent ahead to test the party's strength before the real threat arrives. On the tabletop it makes a compelling encounter in its own right; on a display shelf, it holds attention from across the room.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor surface marks can occasionally occur and are simple to address before priming. The model arrives fully cured and ready to prime and paint.
