This is pose 04 of the Quaggoth range by Yasashii Kyojin Studios, and it captures everything that makes these Underdark brutes so unsettling. The sculpt shows the creature in a forward-lunging crouch — jaws wide, claws spread, every muscle coiled for the kill. A tattered loincloth and a worn leather bandolier are the only concessions to civilisation; the rest is raw, bestial fury. The thick mane across the shoulders and upper back is rendered in exceptional detail — dense, layered, and textured with individual feather-like tufts that reward both the painter's brush and the collector's eye.
The face is where this sculpt really earns its place on the table. That open-mouthed snarl, with the broad flat nose and deep-set eyes beneath a heavy brow, reads immediately as threat.
