  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Part beholder, part autumnal nightmare, the Pumpkin Beholder is one of those creatures that stops a table cold the moment it hits the mat. Its enormous jack-o'-lantern head — jagged grin stretched wide, hollow eyes burning with malice — sits atop a writhing mass of thick, knotted vines. From those vines dangle smaller pumpkins like grotesque fruit, each one a potential eye stalk or explosive payload depending on how cruel your Dungeon Master is feeling. This is a creature that belongs in a cursed harvest village, a fey-touched cornfield, or the deepest chamber of a Ravenloft domain.

There are two sculpt variants in this range. This listing — Pumpkin Beholder 01 — features the creature facing forward in a low, aggressive stance, its vine-legs splayed and its many dangling pumpkin growths fanned outward. The second variant (Pumpkin Beholder 02) shows the creature mid-rotation with its vine-mantle billowing wide, more of the vine structure visible from behind. Both are rendered as unpainted grey digital renders, and both measure 54mm tall — making them Large-scale threats that will dominate the board. A separate floater base is included and can be attached with a small amount of glue.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a centrepiece boss monster for a Halloween-themed or harvest-horror campaign session
  • Run Ravenloft, Feywild, or autumn-flavoured homebrew adventures
  • Want a beholder variant that surprises players who think they know what's coming
  • Are building a display shelf with unusual, characterful creature miniatures

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives in the village of Galdenmere to find the harvest festival abandoned mid-celebration — stalls overturned, lanterns still lit, and not a soul in sight. At the centre of the village square, surrounded by a ring of smashed pumpkins, a single enormous gourd sits motionless in the firelight. As the ranger steps forward to investigate, the grin splits wider, the vines unfurl, and six smaller pumpkins rise slowly into the air around it.
