Description

Battered, bound, and far from broken — Sildar Hallwinter kneels in captivity, but the look in his eyes makes clear this veteran of the Lords' Alliance is already planning his next move.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

This miniature depicts Sildar Hallwinter as many adventurers first encounter him in the classic D&D 5e adventure Lost Mine of Phandelver — seated on the ground with his wrists bound, clad in chainmail pauldrons and a travel-worn tunic, his expression weary but defiant. The sculpt captures that pivotal early-campaign moment with remarkable specificity: this is a man who has seen trouble before and knows it isn't over yet. Whether your party is staging a daring rescue from the Cragmaw goblins or you're using him as a captive NPC in your own homebrew campaign, this pose tells a story before a single word of dialogue is spoken.

Beyond Phandelver, this sculpt serves equally well as any bound prisoner, captured noble, or resilient quest-giver who needs to look like they've been through something. The seated, shackled pose is rare in miniature ranges and gives DMs a genuinely useful and distinctive piece for the table. Equally at home on a gaming mat or a display shelf.

Suited to adventurers who:

  • Are running Lost Mine of Phandelver or Phandelver and Below and want accurate NPC representation
  • Need a captive, prisoner, or rescued ally miniature for their campaign
  • Collect character-driven sculpts with strong narrative poses
  • Want a piece that works for both active gaming sessions and display collecting

Encounter Hook:
The party finds the Cragmaw hideout — torches guttering, goblins scattering — and there, shackled to an iron ring in the back chamber, is a man in battered chainmail who introduces himself through split lips and a dry smile: "Sildar Hallwinter. I'd shake your hand, but as you can see, I'm otherwise engaged."

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base ships unattached and can be affixed with a small amount of glue. Each piece is individually quality checked; as with all resin miniatures, minor surface marks may occasionally be present and are straightforward to clean up before priming. The mini arrives fully cured and ready for painting or use straight away.
