This set from Epic Miniatures delivers three characterful stone arch portals, each with its own distinct identity. The Demon Skull Portal is the most dramatic of the trio — a pointed stone arch crowned by a horned demon's skull, fanged jaws agape, with talon-like spurs at the base and carved runes along the stonework. It's the kind of gateway that makes players roll Insight before stepping through. The Bat-Wing Portal features a broad, squat archway with a carved lintel panel bearing arcane sigils, flanked by a pair of outstretched bat wings — dark magic architecture at its most theatrical. The Ruined Stone Archway takes a subtler approach: crumbling masonry, a spiked capstone, and a collapsed secondary arch beside the main opening, suggesting a structure that was once grander and has since seen better centuries.
All three portals are rendered with strong stone-block texture detail across the columns, arches, and bases, giving painters plenty of surface interest to work with — drybrushing, washes, and spot colour on carved details will all reward the effort. They sit comfortably alongside 32mm miniatures and provide genuine visual weight on the tabletop without overwhelming the scene.
