Plague Carrier 2 is no ordinary shambling skeleton. This is something older, something that still carries the musculature and bearing of the warrior it once was. The sculpt shows a powerfully built undead figure in a low, coiled stance — one knee raised, both hands gripping the pommel of a broad sword planted into the rubble beneath its feet. Tattered chainmail hangs at its waist, a pauldron clings to one shoulder, and the exposed sinew and bone of its torso speak to decades — or centuries — of relentless service. The skull is locked in a hollow grimace that suggests something close to intent. This is not a mindless skeleton. This is a sentinel.
The sculpt carries exceptional surface detail throughout: the chainmail links at the hips are individually rendered, the fibrous tissue of the arms and legs reads clearly at 32mm scale, and the rubble-strewn base ties the whole piece together with broken stone and jagged earth erupting underfoot. Whether you're fielding it as a front-line undead warrior, a cursed tomb guardian, or a Named creature with its own dark history, this mini has the presence to carry the scene. Equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf.
Well suited for adventurers who:
- Need a commanding undead warrior for D&D 5e encounters or other TTRPG systems
- Are building a necromantic warband, cursed army, or graveyard encounter
- Want a characterful skeleton that reads as more than a standard minion
- Collect and paint fantasy miniatures with strong silhouettes and fine surface detail
Encounter Hook:
The party has fought their way into the inner sanctum of a long-sealed tomb when a single figure rises from the throne at its centre — sword first, skull tilted, pauldron grinding as it rolls its shoulder. The Plague Carrier speaks no words, but the way it grips the blade tells them everything: it has been waiting, and it has not forgotten how to fight.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic rubble base are separate pieces — a small amount of super glue brings them together. The base is designed to complement the pose, and the model genuinely benefits from being displayed with it. Arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or ready to use as-is straight from the box. We remove all supports and quality-check every piece before it leaves us, though minor marks from the printing process can occasionally occur and are easily tidied up.
