- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs

The Plague Carrier is no ordinary skeleton. Where common undead guardians stand inert until disturbed, this creature is caught in a moment of furious motion — torso pitched forward in a predatory lunge, one arm raking outward with splayed taloned fingers, the other trailing as a massive tattered cloak fans out behind it like a grotesque set of wings. Curved ram-like horns frame a skeletal skull face, and heavy armoured plates hang from a body that is all sinew and spite. The sculpt captures something between a wight and a demon — a soul so consumed by plague and malice that undeath only sharpened its aggression.
The base adds to the drama: broken ground erupts beneath its taloned feet, suggesting the earth itself is cracking under the weight of its corrupted presence. Every surface rewards a painter — chainmail texturing on the cloak's underside, worn armour plates, and the fine detail of exposed bone beneath tatters of cloth. Equally at home on a display shelf or crashing onto a battlemap.
A great choice for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable boss-tier undead that reads as a genuine physical threat
- Are building a necromancer's court or plague-touched dungeon encounter
- Want a centrepiece mini that earns its place on the shelf between sessions
- Are painting a dark fantasy warband or Ravenloft-style campaign set
Encounter Hook:
The village records speak of a knight-commander who died of the Blacklung Fever three centuries ago, his body never recovered from the battlefield. When the party descends into the burial mound, they find him — not at rest, but pacing, armour fused to plague-rotted bone, cloak shredded to leathery wings by years of restless wandering. He turns the moment the torch light reaches him.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and scenic base are separate pieces, easily joined with super glue — and the base is worth including, as the figure's stance is sculpted to interact with the cracked-ground detail beneath its feet. Arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brush or striking as a display piece straight from the box.
