Trixie Sureshot Kelpie is the kind of pirate who makes the sea feel small. A dual-wielding gunslinger with scaled skin, curling horns, and a serpentine tail that coils behind her like a question you don't want answered, she strides the deck of whatever ship she's decided to claim with the swagger of someone who has never once missed a shot. Her long braided hair tumbles beneath a horned tricorn, and her belt is heavy with pouches, holsters, and the quiet promise of more firepower than you'd expect. Arms thrown wide, a flintlock in each hand, she is all confidence and suppressed chaos — a Fighter or Gunslinger PC who has clearly been in worse situations than this one.
From the Blood on the Sails collection by DM Stash, this sculpt carries extraordinary detail front to back: scaled armour panels across her torso and limbs, a woven coat billowing mid-stride, and a weathered ship-deck base scattered with splintered wood and discarded shot. Whether she's your Tabaxi-adjacent pirate captain, a rival with a grudge, or the swashbuckler PC your table has been waiting for, Trixie commands the scene on the tabletop or the shelf in equal measure.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Want a visually distinctive pirate PC for a nautical or swashbuckling campaign
- Need a memorable rival, bounty hunter, or faction leader NPC with genuine presence
- Are running seafaring or high-seas adventures such as Ghosts of Saltmarsh or homebrew pirate arcs
- Collect fantasy miniatures with striking, non-standard character designs
Encounter Hook:
The party's ship has just dropped anchor in a disputed harbour when a kelpie woman saunters down the dock, a pistol levelled at the captain's head before anyone's finished tying off the ropes. She smiles and says she's not here to rob them — she just wants the name of whoever hired them. The problem is, she's already cocked the second hammer.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature and scenic ship-deck base are separate pieces, easily joined with superglue. The base is an integral part of the sculpt's composition and the two are designed to be displayed together. Arrives unprimed and unpainted, ready for your brushwork or striking as a raw display piece straight from the build plate.
