Pearl is not the woman your adventurers expected to find waiting for them. Dressed in a full-length skirt, a high-collared blouse with diamond-stitched detailing, and a simple headscarf, she looks every inch the respectable townsfolk. But her grip on that hatchet is practised, her grin is entirely too wide, and there's a confidence in her stance that suggests she's used it before and didn't lose any sleep over it.
Whether she's the deceptively dangerous proprietor of a rural inn, a frontier settler who's seen things the party hasn't, a cult figure with a devoted following in a remote hamlet, or simply the most terrifying quest-giver your players have ever politely accepted a job from — Pearl commands the table the moment she's placed on it. That expression does most of the work.

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at a remote farmstead looking for shelter before nightfall. A woman in a flour-dusted dress answers the door, hatchet in hand, smile already in place. "We don't get many travellers," she says, stepping aside to let them in. "The ones we do get tend to stay a while." The door closes behind them. The smile doesn't change.
Pearl is printed at 32mm scale and works brilliantly both on the tabletop and as a display piece. She's supplied ready for priming and painting, though she's entirely characterful straight from the box. A plain black base is available as an optional add-on — it comes unattached and can be glued at your preference. As with all hand-finished prints, minor surface marks are possible; these are easily tidied with fine sandpaper or a hobby knife before priming.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
We aim to dispatch most orders within a week from when the order is placed but for larger orders we ask that they can take up to 3 weeks.
