Thaddeus is no quiet guardian of the faith — he is its fist. This sculpt captures a broad-shouldered paladin mid-charge, surcoat bearing a bold crusader's cross billowing open as he lunges forward with a massive long-hafted spiked maul hoisted above his shoulder. The armour is layered plate over chainmail with intricate cross motifs pressed into the pauldrons and vambraces, communicating both martial authority and religious devotion. His expression is fierce — brow furrowed, jaw set — the face of a man who does not need the gods to speak twice.

The detailing throughout this sculpt rewards a careful painter. The chainmail skirt, the leather wrapping at the maul's haft, the tooled leather belt and the wind-caught fabric of his surcoat all offer distinct textures to work with.
