Kigari Solheart is a Paladin of the Great Sun — a Leonin warrior-priest whose faith is as unyielding as the massive tower shield he braces with one arm whilst hurling his spear overhead with the other. The sculpt captures him mid-charge: cloak billowing dramatically behind him, a thorned halo-crown rising above his wild mane, and a lion's-head relief embossed on the face of his shield as though his patron watches through it. Every surface of his ornate plate armour is engraved with sun-touched detail, from the pauldrons down to the greaved feet planted firm on rubble-strewn ground. This is a character who arrives with an agenda — and the divine fury to back it up.
From the Hell at Heaven's Gate collection by DM Stash, Kigari suits any campaign where celestial orders, holy crusades, or the blurred line between righteousness and zealotry are central themes. Whether you're placing him on a battlegrid as a party paladin, a rival holy knight, or a fearsome guardian of sacred ground, he commands the table the moment he's set down. Equally at home on a display shelf as in active play.
Well suited to adventurers who:
- Play a Leonin or lion-folk Paladin looking for a characterful sculpt
- Need a powerful named NPC — a crusader general, divine champion, or fallen saint
- Are running campaigns themed around celestial conflict, holy orders, or divine politics
- Want a striking display piece that tells a story without a single word
Encounter Hook:
The party crests the ridge to find Kigari Solheart standing alone before a crumbling archway, spear raised, shield bearing a fresh crack — seven angelic soldiers lie defeated around him, and he turns slowly to face the adventurers, golden eyes narrowing. He speaks only one sentence: "You should not have come here."
