Description

They say the Excruciarch does not merely inflict pain — it catalogues it, savours it, and files it away for later use against you.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Excruciarch is one of the Nine Hells' most feared instruments of torment: a towering, horned devil armoured in spiked plate, its muscular frame draped in a tattered loincloth and hung with heavy chains. This sculpt captures it mid-stance, holding a long spiked polearm across its body whilst a multi-tailed spiked flail trails menacingly from its other hand — three separate images in the listing show the model from different angles, revealing just how much detail Monster Atlas has packed into every surface. Serrated shoulder armour, clawed feet, and a grotesque masked face crowned with long curving horns all read clearly even at 32mm scale.

Whether you're running a Baldur's Gate-adjacent campaign deep in the layers of Avernus, introducing a warlock patron's enforcer to collect on an overdue pact, or simply adding an authoritative infernal presence to your display shelf, this mini delivers the menace your table deserves.

Perfect for adventurers who:

  • Need a formidable devil or pit fiend variant for D&D 5e or other TTRPG encounters
  • Are building an infernal or Nine Hells-themed adventure arc
  • Want a warlock patron's enforcer or boss-level antagonist with real visual presence
  • Paint and collect fiend miniatures for display as well as play

Encounter Hook:
The party's warlock receives a message — not a sending spell, not a dream, but a physical letter pressed into their palm by a passing street vendor in the city market. It reads simply: "The terms of the original agreement have been reviewed. The Excruciarch has been dispatched to discuss amendments." By nightfall, something very large and very horned is standing outside the inn.

Details

Supplied at 32mm scale. The model and base are separate pieces — attach with superglue for the best result. Some models interact with their decorative base, so we recommend using it. Each mini is printed to a high standard; we quality-check every piece before dispatch, though minor marks from support removal can occur and are easily tidied up with a hobby knife before priming.
