This is not the lumbering owlbear of the Monster Manual. This creature is leaner, lower, and altogether more predatory — a hunched, muscular beast caught mid-lunge, its feathered owl-disc face locked onto its prey with wide, unblinking eyes. Tufted plumage fans out in a dramatic crown above its head, and its forearms end in broad, feathered spreads that double as both wing-stumps and terrifying impact weapons. The body is bare-skinned and heavily muscled, prickling with small feather-quills along the shoulders and back, caught in that awful in-between state that makes it hard to classify — and hard to look away from.

The pose is all tension: weight forward, knees bent, claws splayed wide on the ground, as if a single heartbeat separates stillness from a devastating pounce. The mouth is open in what can only be described as a screech made physical. This is a creature that does not wait for you to make the first move.

On a large 51mm oval base, this sculpt commands real presence on the table.
