Outlander Ranger (Tira of the Farlands) by DM Stash
Description
She doesn't wait for the ambush to come to her — Tira of the Farlands has already moved, twin spear levelled, cloak snapping behind her as she clears the rocky outcrop in a single bound.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is an outlander ranger built for the borderlands — someone who has spent more nights under open sky than beneath a roof, who reads terrain the way scholars read books. The sculpt captures Tira mid-leap, one foot lifting from a mossy, lichen-covered rock formation as she sweeps her long spear in a wide arc. Her face is wrapped in a traveller's cowl, her layered cloak caught mid-billow, and every detail — from the cord-wrapped shaft of her spear to the tattered hem of her travelling clothes — speaks to a life lived far from civilisation's comforts. The scenic base, dense with clustered fern-like foliage and fractured stone, is integral to the pose and gives the whole piece a sense of urgency and movement.
Whether she's your party's ranger PC, a wilderness guide with a hidden agenda, or a rival tracker with a score to settle, Tira works equally well on the gaming table and as a display piece on your shelf.
Drawn to adventurers who:
- Play rangers, scouts, or outlander-background characters in D&D 5e
- Need a named NPC guide, bounty hunter, or wilderness rival
- Want a dynamic, action-pose mini that earns its own shelf space
- Are building a frontier, forest, or borderlands campaign setting
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking a creature through the Thornwood for two days when they find her first — crouched on a ridge above the creature's den, spear braced, waiting. She doesn't acknowledge them immediately. When she does, she simply says: "You're slower than I expected. I've been waiting since dawn." Whether she becomes an ally, a competitor, or something more complicated is entirely up to your table.
Tira comes at 32mm scale. The model and scenic base are separate pieces — a small amount of superglue brings them together, and the interaction between figure and base is close enough that we recommend using the base it was designed for. Supplied unpainted and ready for priming, she works straight out of the box for gaming or as the start of a display paint project.
