Mimics are a Dungeon Master's greatest gift to paranoia, and this one takes the concept somewhere wonderfully absurd. The Outhouse Mimic by Mia Kay M3DM is a rustic wooden privy — thatched roof, timber-planked walls, crescent-cut door — that has decided ambush is a perfectly reasonable lifestyle choice. The sculpt captures every detail of a battered village outhouse, right down to the wood grain and the door latch, before revealing the horror within: a gaping maw bursting through the front, all teeth and tongue, in the act of springing its trap. It is equal parts comedy and threat, and your players will never trust a roadside toilet again.
Whether closed and lurking innocuously among scatter terrain or open and mid-lunge at an unsuspecting party member, this piece adds genuine character to any rural village, waystation, or dungeon dressing. Encounter Hook:

This miniature is scaled to 32mm and suited for gaming and display collecting alike. It comes ready to prime and paint, or can be used straight from the box for an unpainted, uniform table look. As with all hand-finished prints, minor surface marks are possible and can be tidied up easily before painting.
