The Otyugh is one of tabletop RPG's most memorably grotesque monsters — a bloated, three-legged aberration that wallows in filth and ambushes the unwary with whipping tentacles and a crushing, fang-filled mouth. This sculpt from Epic Miniatures captures the creature mid-feast: its vast, barrel-shaped body is coiled low to the ground on stubby reptilian legs, heavily textured with overlapping scales and warty skin. Two thick, spine-ridged tentacles curl outward and upward — one raised high and coiling, one grasping — while a third appendage bears a small struggling figure, half-swallowed in the creature's gaping maw. That gaping mouth is crammed with jagged, irregular teeth and opens wide enough to communicate the sheer, indiscriminate hunger this creature is known for.
