Few creatures capture the revolting charm of a classic dungeon encounter quite like the Otyugh. This sculpt from Epic Miniatures leans fully into that grotesque character — a bloated, rubbery mass of wrinkled hide, planted on four splayed claws and coiled with a whip-like tentacle that arches overhead, its tip ringed with teeth and sensory spines. The front of the model is dominated by an enormous, gaping maw: rows of jagged teeth framing a cavernous throat, the lower jaw bristling with spiny protrusions. It is simultaneously repulsive and deeply satisfying to put on a table.

The texture work across the body is rich with variation — rougher, scaled hide along the lower flanks giving way to smoother, wrinkled folds across the bulk of the torso. The tentacle is studded with small raised nodules along its length and terminates in that distinctive toothed aperture that so handily doubles as a second mouth. Whether you paint this creature in sewer-slick greens, necrotic purples, or the mud-brown of something that has been wallowing in offal for decades, the sculpt will reward the brush.
