Few creatures embody the lurking horror of the dungeon's forgotten depths quite like the Otyugh. Bloated, bristling with spines, and crowned with whipping tentacles tipped in barbed flesh-claws and unsettling fleshy eyes, this sculpt captures the creature mid-lunge — its vast maw gaping open in a spiral of jagged teeth, body low and tensed as though coiling to strike. Every fold of its thick, textured hide is packed with surface detail: overlapping scales, ridged nodules, and the kind of tactile complexity that rewards careful layering and drybrushing in equal measure.
This is a large miniature on a 51mm base, and it commands the table accordingly. The tentacles arc high above the body mass, giving the sculpt genuine vertical presence that makes it read clearly even across a crowded encounter grid.
