The Otyugh is one of D&D's most distinctive aberrations: a bloated, three-legged horror that lurks in dungeon refuse pits, sewer networks, and the fetid underbellies of cities. This sculpt from The Toadstool Weaver captures the creature mid-lunge — wide maw crammed with jagged teeth thrown open, one segmented tentacle raised to strike and another coiling outward with unsettling purpose. The fleshy, ringed body is thick with surface texture, from the ridged segments of each limb to the warty hide of its torso, and the hooked claws on its stubby legs dig in as though bracing to drag something — or someone — closer. It's a brilliant centrepiece for any encounter built around filth, chaos, and the sheer wrongness of the Underdark.
Whether you're deploying it as a wandering hazard in a thieves' guild's hidden basement or the territorial guardian of a long-forgotten cistern, this mini communicates threat and otherness immediately. Equally compelling as a painted display piece on any collector's shelf.

Encounter Hook:
The party has been hired to retrieve a stolen signet ring that vanished into the city's lower drainage system. Three tunnels in, they find the ring — lodged between two of an Otyugh's teeth, the creature very much alive, very much territorial, and between them and the only way out.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Support marks have been removed, though minor imperfections can occasionally occur during the print process and are easily tidied up. Each mini is fully cured and arrives ready for priming and painting, or straight to the table as-is.

We use Royal Mail Track48 for our Domestic parcel delivery. This provides you with a tracking number so that you can track your items on their way to you.
