The Otyugh is one of D&D's most viscerally memorable aberrations: a hulking, foul-smelling horror that lurks in sewers, middens, and dungeon refuse pits, sustained entirely by rot and ruin. Monster Atlas has captured every repulsive detail — the double-jawed maw crammed with overlapping fangs, the writhing tentacles ending in leaf-shaped, claw-studded tips, and the bloated, scaly body crouched low on wide-set legs. The model and base are separate pieces, designed to be attached with superglue — the sculpts interact with their bases in ways that reward using them together. Print quality is high-detail; supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process may occasionally be present and are easily tidied up. Fully cured and ready for priming and painting, or use straight from the box.
