Otyugh 2 by La Louve 3D
Description
Something shifts beneath the refuse heap — three tentacles unfurl, a toothy maw splits wide, and the smell hits you before the creature does.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Otyugh is one of D&D's most gloriously repulsive aberrations: a lumbering, refuse-eating horror that haunts sewers, dungeon middens, and the festering depths of the Underdark. This sculpt from La Louve 3D captures it mid-lunge — warty hide rippling, two massive club-tipped tentacles raised high and a third bearing its distinctive sensory cluster of bulbous eyes. The gaping, fanged mouth is thrown open in a bellow, and the hunched body is thick with layered scales and pustulent growths. It's a creature that looks like it belongs exactly where it's been living: somewhere no adventurer wants to go.
At 32mm scale this is a genuinely imposing table piece — large enough to command a dungeon room tile and detailed enough to reward a careful paint job. Equally at home on a gaming table or a display shelf alongside other aberrant horrors.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run Underdark crawls, sewer delves, or dungeon encounters
- Need a mid-tier monster with real visual presence at the table
- Want a centrepiece creature for a themed display or diorama
- Enjoy painting characterful, heavily textured creature sculpts
Encounter Hook:
The party has been tracking the missing grain shipments for three sessions — but nobody expected the warehouse cellar to connect to the city's oldest sewer system, or for the thing that's been eating the rats (and the ratcatchers) to be waiting for them in the dark, tentacles already uncoiling as they step off the ladder.
Details
Printed at 32mm scale. The model and decorative base are supplied as separate pieces and can be fixed together with a small amount of glue — note that some sculpts interact with their base in ways that enhance the overall composition. This is variation 2 of the Otyugh range from La Louve 3D. Support marks are removed as standard, though minor traces from the printing process may occasionally remain; these are straightforward to tidy up before priming.
