Perched atop a studded wooden barrel with one leg kicked up and a scheming smile stretched wide across his porcine face, Oscar Snout is the kind of NPC that players will remember long after the session ends. He's got the look of a rogue who's survived on charm, cunning, and a very selective memory — part tavern fence, part information broker, part liability.
