This is pose 01 of the Orc Pirate Shaman range by Novaminis — and it's a commanding one. He strides forward mid-ritual, one arm outstretched as though channelling something vast and terrible from the deep, while the other hefts a brutal totem staff adorned with a spiked skull and bound feathers. His broad frame is clad in a ragged coat billowing behind him, studded armour bristling with iron spikes across the shoulders and vambraces, and a horned bull skull mask that marks him as both spiritual leader and warlord. Rope binds his waist; tattoo-like markings cover his torso. Every detail tells you this is not a simple brute — this is the one the crew prays to before a raid.
For Dungeon Masters, he slots naturally into any coastal or nautical campaign as a boss-tier NPC: the voice of a sea-cult, the shaman-commander of an orcish raider fleet, or a rival to a druidic circle with a much darker relationship to storm and tide. For collectors and painters, the sculpt rewards careful work — the layered textures of fur, rope, leather, and spiked metal across those arms give a painter a real range of surfaces to bring to life.
