This is Pose 01 of the Orc Pirate Pistoleer range by Novaminis, and it captures the swaggering menace of a seasoned sea-raider mid-confrontation. Tricorn hat askew, a heavy flintlock pistol levelled in one scarred green fist and a boarding weapon hanging loose in the other, this orc looks like he's settled more disputes at the waterfront than in any courtroom. The sculpt packs in a wealth of character detail — studded bracers, rough-stitched clothing, and an expression that suggests he's heard every negotiation tactic before and found none of them persuasive.
Whether you need a pirate boss haunting a fog-bound harbour, a rival gang enforcer in a nautical campaign, or a morally flexible crew member for a swashbuckling adventure, this mini carries genuine personality. Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the docks to find their contact dead — and a broad-shouldered orc in a battered tricorn already waiting, pistol drawn, with a rolled-up letter bearing their employer's seal. He says he intercepted it. He says he's willing to talk. He hasn't lowered the gun yet.
Scaled to 32mm and supplied with an optional plain black base (unattached — a small amount of glue will fix it in place). Minis are ready to prime and paint straight away, or display as-is. As with all hand-finished pieces, minor marks from support removal may occasionally be present — easily tidied up before painting.
