When the ancient groves call for a champion, Xira answers — staff in hand, her bear padding silently at her heel, her pointed ears tuned to every shift in the wind.

- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Xira is a formidable presence — an orc monk whose quiet intensity speaks louder than any battle cry. She stands in a wide combat stance, both hands gripping a long bone-carved staff held diagonally across her body, expression set with focused determination. Her flowing robes are layered and richly detailed, adorned with intricate Celtic knotwork borders, a broad sash at the waist, and spiralling carved motifs at the hem. Bracers wrap her forearms and sandals secure her feet — a warrior who fights with discipline, not armour.
Her hair falls in thick braided dreads, and her pointed ears mark her heritage clearly. Every surface of the sculpt rewards a careful painter — the texture of braided fabric contrasts beautifully with the smooth flow of her outer robes, while the staff's worn, bone-like grain offers real opportunity for layered earthy tones.
Beside her trots a compact bear companion — heavily detailed with thick, shaggy fur texture across shoulders and haunches, claws pressed into the ground in a low stalking posture. Together, the pair read as an inseparable team: monk and beast, will and instinct moving as one.
Particularly well-suited for adventurers who:
- Play an Orc or Half-Orc Monk, Druid, or Ranger with an animal companion
- Need a nature-aligned warrior NPC or wandering hermit figure
- Want a mini that brings Norse or Celtic aesthetic flavour to their table
- Are building a Druidic circle or forest guardian encounter
- Love dual-use sculpts that work as both character pieces and display projects
Encounter Hook
The party follow a trail of bear tracks to the edge of a sacred grove, where Xira blocks the path — staff levelled, her bear companion flanking low to the left. She does not speak first. She watches. Whether the party has come to seek her counsel or desecrate the forest shrine behind her will determine everything about what happens next.
Details
Xira is supplied as two separate pieces — the monk figure and the bear companion — both at 32mm scale. Both are unpainted and ready to prime with any standard hobby primer. The sculpt captures excellent surface detail across robes, braided hair, and animal fur, giving painters of all experience levels plenty to work with.
