Maknok is the enforcer's enforcer: a mountain of muscle wrapped in spiked pauldrons, studded leather straps, and a gladiatorial fauld hung with chains. His belt buckle bears a grinning skull — not decoration, but a declaration. He stands wide-legged on a base scattered with defeated foes, one fist clenched and a heavy spiked flail swinging overhead in a pose that communicates exactly one thing to anyone across the table from him. This is the orc who doesn't wait for orders.
