Bagrash Ilkhan cuts an extraordinary figure among orc warriors. Where most of his kin favour brute force and heavy iron, this blademaster has embraced an eastern martial tradition — layered lamellar armour plates bound tightly with rope and cord, a hexagonal-patterned skirt reminiscent of a samurai's kusazuri, and a long curved blade held low in a ready fighting stance. His free hand is raised and splayed, fingers curved, as though he is midway through reading his opponent's next move before it even begins.

The sculpt captures a fighter in motion — weight shifted low, feet braced on a cracked rocky base, every line of the body coiled with restrained energy. A skull trophy is mounted at his shoulder, and his topknot is bound with cord, giving him the look of a warrior who has spent as much time in a dojo as on a battlefield. The detail in the armour's rope-lashing, the layered plates, and the textured fabric panels rewards careful painters — drybrushing the armour plates and lining the cord bindings individually will make this miniature genuinely sing.
