This orc shaman is a commanding presence on any warband's flank. Broad-shouldered and imposing, he carries himself with the authority of one who speaks to ancestor spirits and answers to no warchief — not entirely. His long antler staff is wrapped in bone fetishes and crowned with skulls, the kind of spiritual weapon that doubles as a declaration of power. Layered fur and hide armour sits heavy on his frame, decorated with carved bone ornaments and bestial trophies, while a beast-skull pauldron on one shoulder marks him as something more than a front-line brute.

His free hand is raised slightly — not in greeting, but in invocation.
