This orc shaman is a commanding centrepiece for any warband encounter. Broad-shouldered and roaring mid-incantation, he clutches a cluster of skulls in one raised fist — trophies or spell components, the distinction is probably academic at this point. His other arm is bound with a large scorpion claw, strapped and wrapped with cord, suggesting a totem of pain and venom rather than a conventional weapon. A heavy, shaggy fur mantle covers his back and shoulders, and layered wrappings protect his forearms and lower legs. Bone fetishes and cord adornments hang from his belt, and his fanged, open-mouthed snarl gives the whole sculpt a sense of caught mid-ritual momentum.

The shaman fits naturally into orc warbands, tribal shamanic councils, or as a mid-tier boss encounter in a wilderness or mountain campaign. He reads equally well as a druid of savage inclination, a warlock bound to a primordial spirit, or a necromancer-adjacent figure drawing power from fallen enemies.
