This orc is not a berserker — he is something more dangerous: a soldier. Broad-shouldered and barrel-chested beneath layers of trophy-studded armour, he carries a skull-emblazoned breastplate, spiked pauldrons, and a ragged animal-pelt cloak stitched together from creatures that didn't survive the encounter with him. The centrepiece of the sculpt is the cleaver itself — an enormous, wide-bladed weapon carried across one shoulder with the casual ease of someone who has done this a great many times. His gauntleted fist grips a secondary weapon at his side, and his posture speaks to a warrior who does not rush — because he does not need to.

The detailing across this sculpt rewards patient painters. The skull motif appears on his chest piece and shoulder armour, offering natural focal points for washes and drybrushing. The animal-hide cloak at his back has deep, paintable texture — fur on one side, rough hide on the other — while the articulated armour plating on his arms and shins gives plenty of opportunity for edge highlighting. His face carries the grim, sunken expression of a veteran who has long since stopped taking pleasure in the fight and simply does what he is built to do.

He fits equally well as a rank-and-file enforcer in a large orc warband, a named lieutenant serving a warlord BBEG, or a solo encounter dropped into any militarised orc stronghold. Display painters will find the combination of animal hide, ornate armour and a truly oversized blade an engaging challenge across multiple materials and textures.
