This is pose 01 of the Orc Archer range by Novaminis. He stands wide-legged and resolute, a heavy longbow drawn back to his jaw, every muscle in his broad frame coiled with focus. His armour tells a story on its own: layered chainmail worked with tribal knotwork patterns, spiked pauldrons, studded leather over thick boots, and a quiver of arrows riding across his back. There's nothing improvised about this orc — he's a trained ranged combatant, and the tension in that bowstring makes it very clear he knows exactly what he's doing.

For Dungeon Masters, he works brilliantly as a warband sniper, a tribal outrider, or the unseen threat picking off the party from the treeline. For collectors and painters, the chainmail detailing and layered armour give a wealth of texture to work into — drybrushing and washes will bring every link to life.

Supplied at 32mm scale, supplied unprimed and unpainted — ready for your brushwork or straight onto the table as-is. Available with or without a plain black base; if selected, the base arrives unattached and can be fixed with a drop of superglue. Some minor marks from the printing process are possible and can be tidied up easily before painting.
