Description

She wanders the wood's edge with a clutch of joeys nested in her scarf, pine cones at her belt, and a knowing grin that suggests she's seen stranger things than you — and traded with most of them.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

The Opossumfolk Herbalist is one of those rare NPCs who can shift an entire session with a single interaction. Is she a kindly wanderer selling foraged remedies, a Feywild-touched guide who knows paths the map doesn't show, or something more unsettling — a creature older than the forest itself, wearing friendliness like a cloak? The sculpt gives your Dungeon Master all the material they need: a stout opossum-folk figure mid-stride, draped in a roughspun scarf teeming with tiny joeys, bundles of botanicals and pine cones hanging from her belt, and a wide, toothy smile that reads as either welcoming or deeply unnerving depending on how the table is feeling. Her textured fur, layered travelling clothes, and the skep beehive nestled at her base tell a whole life story before a word of dialogue is spoken.

The second pose — shown in the background of the render — presents the same character from behind, pack loaded and staff in hand, striding off into the undergrowth. Both are captured here in crisp detail at 32mm scale, and either makes for a compelling centrepiece on the tabletop or a characterful addition to a display shelf of woodland wanderers.

A great fit for adventurers who:

  • Run Feywild or enchanted forest campaigns and need NPCs with genuine personality
  • Want an unusual, non-threatening beastfolk character that could flip to ally or antagonist
  • Play or homebrew opossum-folk, beastfolk, or marsupial-race characters
  • Enjoy painting detailed, lore-rich sculpts with strong narrative read from every angle
  • Collect beastfolk, fey, or nature-themed minis for display

Encounter Hook:
The party find her crouched beside the road at dusk, sorting through a clutch of mushrooms with quiet precision. She offers to trade directions through the Thornwood for something small — a memory, a name, or a secret. She says it cheerfully. She doesn't say what she'll do with it.

Details

Printed at 32mm scale. The model on the scenic base comes as a single attached piece. A plain base variant is also available, supplied unattached and easily glued into place. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, occasional minor marks may be present and are easily tidied before painting. Every piece is fully cured and ready to prime.
