Description
It doesn't announce itself with a roar or a trembling of the earth — it simply oozes forward, mouths yawning open, and the torchlight catches something wet and very hungry staring back at you.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
The Ooze Monstrosity by Mia Kay M3DM is not your standard gelatinous cube. This sculpt captures something far more unsettling — a writhing mass of semi-translucent flesh that has developed not one but two gaping, tooth-rimmed maws, each with a dark and hungry eye at its centre. The creature surges upward from its base in a cascading wave of dripping flesh, its twin heads craning outward as if tasting the air for prey. Every surface ripples with organic detail: trailing slicks of viscous matter, stretched membranes, and the horrible suggestion of a body that has no fixed form and no intention of staying in one place.
Whether you need a wandering dungeon hazard, a grotesque boss for a slime-filled lair, or a centrepiece for an Underdark encounter, this miniature commands the table. It's equally at home on a display shelf alongside other aberrant horrors — the sculpt is striking in unpainted resin and rewards careful painting with washes and glazes to bring out the organic texture beneath.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Run Underdark campaigns and need a genuinely unsettling ooze-type threat
- Want a monster that reads as dangerous and alien from across the table
- Are building a slime dungeon, aberrant lair, or creature-feature encounter
- Enjoy a challenging and rewarding painting project
- Collect display-worthy horror and aberration miniatures
Encounter Hook:
The map marks it as a flooded corridor, but when the party arrives, the water is gone — replaced by a glistening residue that clings to the walls and floor. Two sets of eye-like indentations in the slime suggest something passed through recently. Then, from the darkness ahead, they hear the slow, wet sound of something unfolding itself, and two mouths open in the dark.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The model with a detailed base comes as a single piece, base attached. The plain base variant comes with the base separate for easy attachment with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed prior to dispatch; as with all resin printing, minor marks may occasionally be present and are straightforward to tidy up. Each piece is fully cured and ready to prime.
