This is the fourth sculpt in our Oni range from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, and it carries a distinctly different energy from its siblings. Where some Oni loom with weapons raised, this one stalks — low, deliberate, and unsettling. He stands 40mm tall, bare-chested beneath a vast, dramatically animated cloak that whips and tears at the edges like wind made solid. His wide-legged stance, rope-knotted sash, and reaching claw communicate something between a martial artist mid-form and a predator about to pounce. Twin horns curve upward from a bearded, bestial face that sits somewhere between ancient yokai and D&D fiend — equally at home in a Far Eastern-inspired campaign setting as in any standard forgotten realm.
The rear of the sculpt is just as considered as the front: the cloak fans out in dramatic ribboned trails, and the detail on the wrapped ankles and gnarled feet rewards a careful painter. Whether you're fielding him as a Fiend-type boss, an Oni warlord from the monster manual, or a powerful shapeshifting NPC, this sculpt carries genuine table presence.

Encounter Hook:
The party arrives at the mountain monastery to find the monks mid-ritual, desperate to contain something already half-through the gate. The binding circle holds — barely — and at its centre, an Oni crouches with one hand outstretched, not in fury but in patient invitation. It has been here before. It will offer a bargain. It always does.
Printed at 40mm scale. Available with or without a plain black base — the base is supplied unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail miniatures, minor marks may occasionally remain and can be tidied up before priming. Supplied unpainted and ready for your brushwork.
