This is pose 02 of our Oni range by Yasashii Kyojin Studio, and it offers something far more unsettling than a charging brute. Seated cross-legged in a posture of deep meditation, this Oni exudes a controlled, ancient menace. Twin horns curve upward from a topknot, a flowing sash drapes across one shoulder, and a thick rope belt — knotted with deliberate ceremony — binds robes over a body that looks carved from mountain stone. Prayer beads hang from one massive fist; the other rests open, fingers curled as if testing the weight of the air itself. The sculpt captures every sinew and fold with extraordinary detail, front and back alike.

In Japanese folklore, Oni are more than mere monsters — they are enforcers of cosmic consequence, mountain spirits of terrible patience, and generals who outlast the armies sent against them. This miniature is scaled to 28mm seated height. It is available with or without a plain black base; the base is supplied unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process may occasionally be present — these are easily tidied up before priming. The miniature arrives fully cured and ready for painting or display straight from the box.
