Description
It doesn't feel pain, it doesn't tire, and the necromancer who raised it has no intention of calling it off — the ogre zombie lurches forward, rusted maul raised, and the only mercy is that it's too slow to run.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This is a large, brutish undead ogre sculpt from Atlanticus Arts — and it carries every gram of that bulk with grim purpose. The figure is hunched forward in a lumbering advance, one arm raised and clutching a heavy bone-wrapped maul bound with rope and studded with spikes. The body is clad in pitted, rusted plate and chain — armour that clearly predates death by some margin — with open wounds visible across the torso and thighs, the flesh pale, waxy, and split at the joints. The skull-like face is locked in a rictus grimace, jaw open, eye sockets hollow, and a vestigial horn juts from the brow. Spiked bracers and a spiked pauldron add to the sense of something half-soldier, half-shambling ruin.
The scenic base is scattered with bones, skulls, and dry scrub — grounding this hulk in a battlefield graveyard aesthetic that lends itself equally to a dungeon encounter tile or a display shelf. The level of surface detail across the wounds, rusted metal, and ragged wrappings gives painters a rich canvas to work from, whether you're going for a pale necrotic pallor or something more saturated and grim.
Well-suited for adventurers who want:
- A visually imposing undead brute to anchor a necromancer's warband
- A large-scale undead monster that reads clearly from across the table
- A characterful painting project with plenty of texture variety — rotting flesh, pitted iron, and bone
- A display piece that holds its own on a shelf alongside other large undead sculpts
Encounter Hook: The party has been tasked with destroying a shipment of corpses bound for a warlord-necromancer's fortress — but they arrive too late. One of the wagons lies overturned and empty, and from the tree line comes the rhythmic thud of something enormous and unhurried. The ogre zombie doesn't need orders. It just needs something in front of it.
