This is pose 03 of the Female Ogre Warrior range by Novaminis, and she is a brute built for the front line. Hunched forward with savage momentum, she swings a massive double-headed axe at something that clearly made a very poor decision. Her wild, matted hair hangs across her face, her shoulders are armoured with spiked wooden pauldrons strapped together with rope and studs, and her expression — what little you can read of it — suggests she is entirely unbothered by your party's arrival. Her lower body is wrapped in layered cloth and hide, and her gauntleted fist is clenched around the axe haft with the kind of grip that ends arguments permanently.
For Dungeon Masters, she works as a warlord's enforcer, a tribal champion, or a solo encounter for a party that's been getting too comfortable.
