This is pose 3 of our Ogre Wagoneer range by Novaminis, and it may well be the most characterful of the set. The wagon itself is a masterpiece of brutal craftsmanship: heavy timber panels etched with crude carvings, iron-banded cage sections with barred windows, a rack of jagged spikes across the roof, and skull trophies mounted at every opportunity. Horned animal skulls sit atop the canopy; dangling skulls hang from the rear axle. This is not a merchant's cart — it is a statement of intent.
The ogre alongside it is no less detailed. Clad in studded leather armour with a prominent spiked pauldron, he snarls with a face full of menace, braided hair hanging loose, and a massive frame that makes the wagon look almost small. Whether he built this thing, stole it, or simply claimed it by right of fist, he is clearly in charge of wherever it's going. As a terrain centrepiece, encounter prop, or boss-level NPC, this sculpt brings immediate narrative weight to any table.

Encounter Hook:
The party spots the wagon at a crossroads just after dark — its cage holds three unconscious villagers, a padlock the size of a fist, and a note addressed to someone the players have been looking for. The wagoneer is eating. He has noticed them. He does not seem concerned.
Scaled to 32mm. Available with or without a plain black base — the base comes unattached and can be fixed with a small amount of glue. Due to the size and complexity of this piece, minor support marks may occasionally be present; these are straightforward to clean up. Every piece is fully cured before dispatch.
