This is Ogre 06 from Yasashii Kyojin Studios, and it does something few ogre miniatures dare to attempt: it puts the brute on the ground. Sculpted in a prone position with both arms splayed wide, one hand open and reaching, the other braced, this ogre reads as a creature of tremendous, awful mass — all distended belly, slablike muscle, and heavy limbs. There is no head visible, making the pose eerily ambiguous. Has the party felled this beast, or is it crawling towards them with grim, unstoppable determination?
For Dungeon Masters, that ambiguity is a gift. Use Ogre 06 as a dramatic encounter centrepiece — the moment a giant goes down and the table holds its breath — or as environmental storytelling on a battlefield littered with fallen enemies. As a display piece, the sculpt rewards patient painters: the rolling muscle texture, the folds of fabric at the waist, and the deeply articulated hands offer exceptional surface detail at 32mm scale. Ogre 06 is printed at 32mm scale. Available with or without a plain black display base — the base is supplied unattached and can be glued in place. Supports are removed before dispatch, though minor marks from the printing process may occasionally be present; these are simple to clean up. Fully cured and ready for priming and painting straight out of the box.
