Description
She watches from the rocks with eyes that promise salvation — but the coiling tentacles beneath her tell a very different story.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
Nyxie Styx is no simple lure-and-drown siren. Part fae enchantress, part abyssal horror, she perches atop a jagged rock formation with an almost languorous calm while a mass of enormous, sucker-lined tentacles spiral dramatically around her — easily dwarfing her humanoid upper body in scale. There are two distinct variants in this range: one sculpt presents her with long flowing hair and a more feral, open expression, while the other gives her a sharper, more knowing look with her hair bound back. Both share the same breathtaking pose and that extraordinary sweep of writhing limbs. This is a 35mm scale sculpt with genuine presence — the kind of centrepiece that makes the whole table lean in.
For Dungeon Masters, Nyxie works equally well as a coastal sea-witch, a Feywild predator luring travellers to their doom, or a fully statted Aboleth-adjacent boss in a horror-tinged arc. For collectors and painters, those tentacles are a gift — dozens of suckers, ridged musculature, and sweeping curves that reward layered washes and wet-blending alike. Whether you're running a nautical campaign or simply want something genuinely distinctive on your display shelf, Nyxie Styx earns her place.
Perfect for adventurers who:
- Need a memorable coastal or aquatic encounter boss for D&D 5e or other TTRPGs
- Are building a horror, Feywild, or sea-witch themed campaign arc
- Want a display piece that stands out from the usual monster fare
- Enjoy painting complex organic textures — tentacles, suckers, flowing hair
- Are collecting creature minis that double as gaming pieces and shelf centrepieces
Encounter Hook:
The fishing village has lost seven boats in as many weeks. The survivors all describe the same thing — a woman seated calmly on the rocks, watching without expression as the waves took them. When the party investigates at low tide, they find the rocks are not rocks at all, but coiled limbs, and Nyxie Styx has been waiting for them specifically.
Supplied at 35mm scale. If you would prefer 32mm scaling, send us a message and we'll adjust before printing. A decorative base option is available — please include a note at checkout to specify which of the three base styles you'd like. The base (decorative or plain) is supplied separately and attaches easily with a small amount of glue. Supports are removed before dispatch; as with all high-detail resin work, minor imperfections can occasionally occur and any small marks are straightforward to tidy up before priming.
