Description
He came down from the northern passes alone, his robes torn by the wind and his skull-topped staff crackling with cold energy — and he has not spoken a single word of greeting.
- ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
- ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
- ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
- ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf
This Northern Wizard miniature captures a gaunt, bearded elder mage mid-cast, one hand raised with fingers splayed as arcane power surges through him, the other gripping a bone-wreathed staff crowned with a grinning skull. Bone fetishes hang at his chest, a second skull ornament adorns his belt, and his heavy hooded robes billow as though caught in an unseen gale. This is not a kindly sage — this is a man who has spent decades in places where the cold does something to a person.
Whether you play him as a morally ambiguous quest-giver, a rival archmage with a claim to the same lost relic your party is hunting, or a grey-area PC who has seen too much to pretend good and evil are simple — this sculpt carries the weight of those choices in every detail. He works equally well on the tabletop and on the display shelf, and he will draw attention on both.
Well-suited for adventurers who:- Want a wizard PC miniature with real age and menace
- Need a memorable NPC — a cold northern spellcaster, rogue scholar, or necromantically-inclined faction leader
- Are running campaigns in frozen wilderness, haunted ruins, or morally complex political settings
- Enjoy collecting and painting detailed character miniatures with expressive poses
Encounter Hook:
The party finds him standing at the centre of a blizzard that should not exist at this latitude, surrounded by a ring of skulls half-buried in the snow. He turns before they speak, as though he already knew they were coming — and he says their names. All of them. Correctly.
Details
Supplied at 32mm scale. The miniature and base are separate pieces and can be attached with superglue. The decorative base is included and recommended, as the sculpt is designed with it in mind. Arrives ready for priming and painting, or use as-is straight from the box.
