Description

The marsh falls silent as Ukara rises from the fog — skull-staff raised, a curse already forming on her lips, and the bones of those who came before crunching beneath her bare feet.

  • ✔ 32mm scale resin miniature, printed fresh to order in the UK
  • ✔ Supplied unpainted and ready to prime
  • ✔ Compatible with D&D, Pathfinder, and all tabletop RPGs
  • ✔ Equally at home on the gaming table or the display shelf

Ukara is a force of raw, untamed magic — a swamp witch from the world of Kreyvos whose power is as primal as the marshlands she haunts. Three distinct variants are available, each capturing her mid-incantation ferocity from a different angle. In the first pose, she lunges forward with one clawed hand outstretched and a guttural cry frozen on her face — pure aggression made manifest. The second variant shows her standing tall, staff planted firmly, a wickedly calm intensity radiating from her expression. The third captures her in a moment of wild, almost frenzied spellcasting, one hand raised to her head as if channelling something ancient and barely contained.

Across all three sculpts, the detail is exceptional: wild, flowing hair; tattered robes bound with rope and bone jewellery; bare feet planted on a base littered with skulls and gnarled marsh roots. Her staff is a standout feature in every variant — a full skeleton lashed to a wooden pole, skull crowning the top with empty eye sockets gazing outward. Whether you paint her with muddy, swamp-stained robes or go for a drier, bleached-bone aesthetic, there is plenty of surface texture here to reward a careful brushstroke.

Ukara works equally well as a memorable NPC encounter, a BBEG pulling strings behind the scenes, or a vivid player character for any adventurer drawn to the Witch or Druid archetypes.

This miniature is well suited to adventurers who:

  • Need a powerful, characterful witch or hag-adjacent NPC for their campaign
  • Are running swamp, marsh, or dark wilderness encounters
  • Want a distinctive Druid, Warlock, or Sorcerer player character mini
  • Are building a dark fantasy display collection
  • Love expressive, dynamic sculpts with exceptional base detail

Encounter Hook: The village elder warns the party that no one who enters the Kreyvos marshes after dusk returns unchanged. When they push deeper looking for a missing herbalist, they find her — kneeling before Ukara, willingly offering her memories in exchange for a cure. Ukara turns to the party slowly, staff raised, and smiles. She has been expecting them.
